Term & Conditions for the Affiliates
All instructors and affiliates who are working on our platform are required to have appropriate insurance to protect yourself from accusing of accidents and injuries during your online classes and videos in your library.
Affiliate Branch – Approval is required
One-Time Activation: £4580. Buy
Monthly License Fee: £68 (This fee is to be reviewed every year with no more than 30% increase.)
To become the Affiliates Branch it is required to hold at least 50 shares and keep monthly license fee update on the platform. Otherwise you will be disqualified and you will be removed from the website.
Affiliates Branch of Chen Zhenglei Taijiquan Federation are local organizations operating under the name of Affiliate Branch of Chen Zhenglei Taijiquan Federation. There is no geographical territory exclusiveness to set up an Affiliate branch under the Chen Zhenglei Taijiquan Federation. Multiple Affiliates Branch can be established within any geographical regions.
The Affiliates Branch is authorized to run seminars, classes, workshops, internet sites in the Federation’s name and they can use the Federation’s logo for promotional purposes. The Affiliates Branch will have full rights to make decisions on matters regarding its own members and associated schools. The Affiliates Branch will have full power of decision making on internal statutory management including financial management. The Affiliates Branch can build, manage and organize a sporting team for international competitions in the name of Affiliate Branch of Chen Zhenglei Taijiquan Federation.
The Affiliates Branch account holder can access the Federation’s platform as a VIP member. You can invite your friends, family and students to watch the online videos and join the lessons with your account together.
Upon activation, the Affiliates Branch will be added to the Federation’s main website as a recognized co-operating branch. A set of website pages with basical information about the Affiliates Branch will be created. The format will be same as instructor club which consist of 9 pages.
The members and/or associated schools under the Affiliates Branch can sign up as the Federation’s Instructor Clubs, Chapters and local schools/Studio. A 20% commission on the Activation Fee will be paid to the Affiliates Branch.
A unique coupon code will be issued to the Affiliates Branch for promotion and sales of online membership upon request. Any membership signed up with your coupon code will receive 10% discount. You will receive 50% commission after the discount is deducted. Commissions will be accumulated and you will be paid every quarter.
Subsidiary Chapter – Approval is required

To become the Subsidiary Charpter it is required to hold 25 – 50 shares and keep Annual license fee update on the platform. Otherwise you will be disqualified and you will be removed from the website.
Subsidiary Chapter of Chen Zhenglei Taijiquan Federation are local organizations operating under the name of Subsidiary Chapter of Chen Zhenglei Taijiquan Federation. There is no geographical territory exclusiveness to set up a subsidiary chapter under the Chen Zhenglei Taijiquan Federation. Multiple chapters can be established within any geographical regions.
The subsidiary chapter is authorized to run seminars, classes, workshops, internet sites in the Federation’s name and they can use the Federation’s logo for promotional purposes. The subsidiary chapter will have full rights to make decisions on matters regarding its own members and associated schools. The subsidiary chapter will have full power of decision making on internal statutory management including financial management. The subsidiary chapter can build, manage and organize a sporting team for international competitions in the name of Subsidiary Chapter of Chen Zhenglei Taijiquan Federation.

You will receive 40% commission after the discount is deducted. Commissions will be accumulated and you will be paid every quarter.

This online instructor club is open to any Tai Chi instructors of all styles in the world. This is a one-off payment. Your online club will be hosted on the Federation’s proprietary platform. It will provide you full access to your own pages on the instructor club section with video library facilities. All pages are under your own control and you are responsible for everything listed on your pages. Upon activation, your web pages will be made available to you. The system is simple to use and manage, with no website building skills required. However, training and technical advice are available if needed.
Your instructor membership gives you the same access privilege as a gold member. You can invite your friends, family and students to watch the online seminars and lessons with you together. You are entitled to purchase shares issued by Chen Zhenglei Ltd. at the current price subject to availability. Dividends are distributed yearly.

There is no geographical territory exclusiveness to set up a School and Studio under the Chen Zhenglei Taijiquan Federation. Multiple schools and studios can be established within any geographical regions.
The local school and studio are authorized to run seminars, classes, workshops, internet sites in the Federation’s name and they can use the Federation’s logo for promotional purposes. The local school and studio will have full rights to make decisions on matters regarding its own members and associated classes. The local school and studio will have full power of decision making on internal statutory management including financial management.
The local school and studio can access the Federation’s platform as a Bronze member. You can invite your friends, family and students to watch the online videos and join the lessons with you together.
Upon activation, the local school and studio will be added to the Federation’s main website as a recognized co-operating affiliation. A dedicated web pages with detailed information about the local school and studio will be created. The format will be same as instructor club which consist of 3 pages.

Welcome talent and skillful people to work with us
Individual talent and skillful people are very welcome to work for the Federation as Executive Committee Member at volunteer basis – Approval is required.
One-Time payment: Application Fee of £1080 and Purchase of 50 shares at current price (Those shares are not allowed to resell within 3 years). The 50 shares contain 1 voting right. You will be invited on the Federation’s Executive Committee Board once approved.
You are required to join the Executive Committee Board meeting and contribute your support to the Federation at regular basis. Otherwise your voting right will be disqualified and you will be removed from Executive Committee Board. But you will still receive all benefits as a shareholder.
In order to promote the Chen Zhenglei Taijiquan Federation worldwide we are looking for new people to join our leadership team. This option is open to those who can commit to the Federation’s work as an Executive Committee member on a volunteer basis. Committee members are entitled to participate in “bonus profit sharing” – details to follow. As a shareholder you will receive the company dividend annually. Plus all website pages and facilities are all provided at free of charge upon request.
The Executive Committee member can access the Federation’s platform as a VIP member. You can invite your friends, family and students to watch the online videos and join the lessons with you together.

Reseller
We are looking for instructors and organizations to work with us to promote our online teaching platform as reseller.
How does it work?

Terms and conditions:
All resellers should sign up a Bronze member first and we will start to pay your commission once you reached the minimum of recruiting 10 paid members for our web site.
Commission Policy for all sales
We are going to give commissions out for the Coupon used online for all products in the shop and the details are showing below:
1. Commissions of Membership items are indicated above.
2. Commissions for all other products: We will give commissions out to sales from each coupon after discount for other products online per contract. Please contact the Federation directly.
Current Shares, Price and Dividends:
The total amount of shares issued by the Federation is 10,000 and it all has been allocated to the shareholders. The shares are available for all affiliates and new Individual Committee Members to purchase from our existing shareholders subject to availability. T&C apply.
The current available shares selling price is £158 per share and there is only 300 shares from our existing shareholders in total for purchasing until further notice. The money to purchase the shares will be directly paid to the shareholders who sell the shares. The shareholder’s ownership will be updated and we will publish on the confirmation statement of the Company House once completed.
Definition of profits for dividends:
Part 1: 20% for distribution as “bonus profit sharing” to the non-salaried working staffs as Volunteer, Executive Committee Board members, Website developers and instructors on the online platform. The details of distribution will be outlined later by the Federation.
Part 2: 80% from the company profit will be distributed to the Company shareholders. The shareholders statement will be listed on the company confirmation statement every year.
The company Executive Committee Board members will make decisions on the distribution of dividends at the annual general meeting.
